What You’ll Get to Do The Material Handler 1 is focused on pulling materials from holding racks, inspecting, and setting up/delivering to door assembly tables, and reports to the Assembly Supervisor. This role is perfect for an individual who possesses strong attention to detail and organizational skills. A vital member of the Assembly Dept., this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

Read, interpret and process work orders Pull material by hand and transport to proper areas throughout department Inspect product for defects such as chips, bubbles, scratches, blown holes, proper edgework, etc. Package materials and prepare for shipment Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within guidelines What We Are Looking For Basic computer knowledge Ability to read and use a tape measure Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment What OBE Offers You Benefits that benefit you
