Skilled Warehouse Worker – Pallet Repair Pallet Logistics of America 701 East Kenwood Street, Siloam Springs, AR 72761 The Pallet repair Builder position is responsible for the repair of the customer’s pallets.

TRAINING PAY

$17.85/hr After training: up to $25/hr – pay depends on individual production. Essential Functions Statement(s) Responsible for the quality repair of customer’s pallets Responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of the builder workforce Responsible for increasing productivity by improving employees’ skills and knowledge Train new employees according to customer specifications Create training strategies and initiatives Review employee performance by recording progress Ensure compliance in safe operation of all equipment Maintain a safe and clean work area Attendance at work is an essential function of this job Teamwork and cooperation are required for proper job performance Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules are subject to change to meet company needs and business requirements

Requirements:

Must be able to lift 75lbs to 100lbs Must be able to use power hand Saw, & Hand Tools Must be able to stand 8 hours a day Must be able to use a nail gun
