Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Sort packages by zip code for delivery by DSP.
• Supervise temporary workers during the sorting process.
• Train temporary workers in sorting procedures and best practices.
• Communicate with DSPs to resolve delivery issues.
• Identify and establish potential partnerships with new DSPs.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Coordinate truck dispatch and ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Design efficient delivery routes for drivers to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency.
• Track and manage exception cases, including damaged, lost, or delayed parcels.
• Work closely with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
• Proficiency in operating clamp trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management purposes.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

$19.00 – $23.00 per hour
