Delivery / Warehouse Worker 4.8 4.8 out of 5 stars 2330 NW 13th Street, Gainesville, FL 32609 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery / Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of goods while maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience with various warehouse operations, including loading and unloading shipments. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products from delivery vehicles using pallet jacks and forklifts as needed. Ensure accurate delivery of items by following established routes and schedules. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to facilitate efficient operations. Assist with inventory management by tracking incoming and outgoing shipments. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times. Skills Proven ability to drive delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. Experience in loading and unloading goods in a warehouse setting. Strong skills in moving products and materials effectively. Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction during deliveries. Familiarity with route driving to ensure timely deliveries. Experience operating forklifts is a plus. Ability to operate box trucks for transportation of goods. Proficient in using pallet jacks for moving heavy loads. Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
