Dispatcher/Warehouse Specialist (Milwork) Space Coast Trim & Door Melbourne, FL 32904 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch/Warehouse Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing dispatch of couple of trucks, calling customers for delivery confirmation, key locks for our customers, maintain various warehouse operations and ensuring efficient shipping/delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in logistics management to support our transportation and fleet operations and doors/trim/product knowledge required. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, and fleet management. Utilize GPS and JIRA systems for tracking shipments and managing fleet logistics. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with drivers to provide optimal delivery schedule Ensure trucks are maintained and serviced regulary Ensure trucks are loaded properly every morning before it heads out for delivery Assist in the organization of warehouse space to optimize workflow and accessibility. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all warehouse activities. Make and key locks and lock packages for customers Skills Strong understanding of transportation management principles and logistics operations. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Experience with fleet management systems is preferred. Experience with doors/trims/milwork knowledge is preferred. Ability to analyze data effectively to support decision-making processes. Familiarity with shipping procedures in a warehouse environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
