Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or trade school in a related discipline preferred. 1+ year of manufacturing planning, inventory movement, fulfillment and distribution, or production experience Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office products) Understanding of the Manufacturing Engineering Organizational function. Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion Ability to lift 50lbs with frequent standing and walking. Ability to travel to multiple locations during the day, as needed. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Preferred:

1+ year of manufacturing planning experience in an aerospace company Knowledge of GD&T Experience with Manufacturing & CAD Software (Jules, CMES, Velocity, Enovia, Delmia, CATIA, and etcetera) Forklift experience is highly preferred Blueprint reading experience is required. Exposure to P6 or other GANTT-style schedules

Responsibilities:

Assists in the maintenance of various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration. Assists with the development and integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements. Assists in reviewing supplier data to ensure manufacturing-related requirements are met. Initiates tooling orders under the guidance of senior leaders based on manufacturing and engineering requirements. Assists in tooling dispositions. Assists in investigation of manufacturing-related issues of limited scope. Assists with producibility assessments for part or product designs under guidance of senior teammates. Assists in reviews design, manufacturing processes, and manufacturing technologies to meet costs and schedules. Assists in development of work statements and sequencing events to support delivery commitments. Provides ship side support under guidance of senior teammates Works under detailed supervision.
