Material Handler

GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF CENTRAL FLORIDA

Palm Bay, FL 32907 SUMMARY Support warehouse operations across all departments under the direction of the Team Leader. Duties include restocking, rotating materials and equipment, transporting goods, and keeping work areas clean and safe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Load trucks with materials for distribution Rotate stock and equipment as needed Keep production areas clean and organized Transport materials to designated areas, including waste and salvage Refill hangers at textile stations Use equipment safely as trained Maintain professional appearance and follow dress code

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

Assist with “power hour” tasks in textile and misc. areas Follow Core Principles in daily work Attend trainings and perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in retail or warehouse settings a plus Able to follow directions, stay calm under pressure, and work on your feet Basic knowledge of shoe brands and trends helpful

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Lift up to 25 lbs regularly Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and push/pull throughout the shift Moderate noise environment

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
