Material Handler Confidentiel Rockledge, FL 32955 As Material Handler is responsible for the following:

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to the production work stations:
• Assist the machine operators to install the material rolls on their stands.
• Bring the materials to each workstation.
• Bring the dies to each work station (when applicable).
• Return the material to store in its location in the warehouse.
• Bring the finished products to the shipping station.
• Tour the works stations to ensure there is nothing missing.
• Take the weekly inventory of boxes and other articles.
• Store the materials in an orderly manner in the designated areas in the warehouse; ensure the aisles are kept clear at all times.
• Store the pallets in an orderly manner; ensure they’re stored in accordance with the procedures and safety codes.
• Maintain product identification and traceability.
• Responsible for the localization system in place. All material, tooling and finished goods have to be located properly in the system the way it has been defined
• Responsible to ensure all trash must be put in the dumpster on a daily basis.
• Training of additional staff.

Work Remotely No As a Shipping and Receiving associate you will support the Shipping and Receiving Manager by monitoring all activities connected with the receipt and shipment of goods, including all raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods. Dispatch and control the warehousing of all raw materials, packaging and finished goods in a manner that permits efficient delivery to the appropriate location in support of production for our internal customer and external customers.

Core responsibilities:

Familiar with ensuring compliance with the replenishment, consolidation, transfer, sorting, scanning and organization of inventory a must. Return the material to store in its location in the warehouse. Store the materials in an orderly manner in the designated areas in the warehouse; ensure the aisles are kept clear at all times. Store the pallets in an orderly manner; ensure they’re stored in accordance with the procedures and safety codes. Maintain product identification and traceability. Responsible for the localization system in place. All material, tooling and finished goods have to be located properly in the system the way it has been defined. Responsible to ensure all trash must be put in the dumpster on a daily basis. Bring the finished products to the shipping station. Take the weekly inventory of boxes and other articles. File and maintain records of incoming paperwork. Responding to customer service inquiries referring to clients’ outgoing shipments. Making special shipping arrangements as necessary / Tracking and fixing shipping errors, a plus. Reads production schedule and work orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Reads production labels to match correct items to be shipped. Operates forklift or uses pallet jack to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform. Perform good housekeeping chores in the area. Lift a minimum of 50 lbs on a regular basis . Please note that this job is a physical job.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Shipping & Receiving experience including international shipping, working with UPS/FedEx and using an ERP system and other shipping platforms, a plus. Ability to be Forklift certified. Extreme attention to detail Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to communicate effectively to the intended audience. Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Word, and PowerPoint and Excel skills. Ability to follow all safety requirements. Be able to successfully pass a background check. Understanding of imperial and metric units of measurement differences and conversions big plus!
