We are looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Miramar, FL. This position is primarily focused on clerical and administrative duties in a warehouse setting. While occasional physical warehouse tasks may be required, the majority of responsibilities are office-based, supporting logistics and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and maintain records of inventory, shipping, and receiving Prepare and process documents such as bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments in both English and Spanish Maintain warehouse logs and inventory tracking systems Assist with inventory cycle counts and reconciliation File and organize physical and digital documents Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations Support light warehouse tasks such as labeling or packing, as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative/clerical role preferred Strong computer skills proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic data entry Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Familiarity with inventory systems or logistics software is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing clerical duties Occasionally lift or move items up to 25 lbs Comfortable working in a warehouse office environment
