Position Summary:

The Fulfillment Associate plays a critical role in Spot Zero’s warehouse operations by accurately processing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting overall warehouse organization. This role ensures that products are received, stocked, picked, packed, and shipped with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with company standards. Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify contents against purchase orders and report discrepancies or damages. Organize and stock inventory in assigned warehouse locations, maintaining clear labeling and proper rotation. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and WMS updates. Support the process of returning and restocking of items in coordination with operations and customer service. Participate in inventory reconciliation, audits, and reporting of shortages or overages. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of outbound shipments. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification preferred). Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized. Follow all warehouse safety protocols, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures. Support cross-functional teams as needed, including logistics, sales, and customer service.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving experience preferred. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld scanners is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable with physical activity such as walking, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a warehouse environment where exposure to seasonal temperature fluctuations is expected. Candidates must be comfortable working around machinery and be able to comply with all safety regulations. Occasional overtime may be necessary during peak periods. Full-time, in-office role/ Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
