Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Laborer/Handyman to assist with parking lot striping projects. This position involves working outdoors during evening and night time hours. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is physically capable, and has the flexibility to work various days throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in layout and application of parking lot striping and pavement markings
• Operate professional striping paint machines and hand tools
• Perform stenciling and tape-off areas with accuracy and attention to detail
• Prepare work areas by cleaning surfaces and setting up necessary equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and to standard
• Help load and unload materials and equipment at job sites
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper cleanup after jobs

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail is a must
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and varying days as required
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, lifting, bending, etc.)
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites or designated meeting points
• Experience with striping machines is a plus but not required (will train the right person)
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• A desire to grow with the company and take on more responsibility over time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in striping, construction, or general labor roles
• Familiarity with stenciling, taping, and layout measuring
• Valid driver’s license
