Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Laborer to join our operations team. This hands-on role plays a critical part in preparing, handling, and packaging autographed sports memorabilia to ensure every piece meets our premium standards. The ideal candidate is meticulous, takes pride in their work, and understands that even the smallest detail matters when handling high-value collectibles.
Key Responsibilities:
Carefully handle and transport signed memorabilia such as jerseys, balls, helmets, and other equipment Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring protection and presentation Keep workstations clean and organized to maintain a safe, efficient workflow Follow specific procedures for handling authentic autographs and certificates of authenticity Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
High School Diploma Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred Basic knowledge of major sport leagues High attention to detail is essential Ability to work with delicate or valuable items carefully and responsibly Basic understanding of hand tools and packaging equipment Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions Able to stand, lift, and move for extended periods (lift up to 50 lbs) Punctual, reliable, and committed to producing high-quality work Must speak English well
