The Mailroom/Warehouse Associate will be primarily responsible for providing on-site support in our main warehouse/mailroom. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mailroom/warehouse services or customer service, are willing to train, are self-starters, and are ready to grow in their office services career! Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (hour lunch break included daily)

Mailroom Services- assist on-site in mailroom to scan, sort, deliver mail and packages between courier assignments Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude; Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers; Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines Take direction from supervisor or site manager; Participate in cross-training; Adhere to all safety procedures Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs

Qualifications:

Qualifications Include:
