Summary We’re currently looking for a friendly, dedicated individual to join our team at Noel Christmas Lights Professional Inc. on a per diem / as-needed basis. This position is essential in supporting our manufacturing operations, contributing to the assembly and fabrication of Christmas light displays. Located in the United States, this role is vital for maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Assist in the assembly of holiday lighting products according to specifications. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during production. Support fabrication processes by preparing materials and components as needed. Operate forklifts and other machinery in compliance with safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals. Installing and troubleshooting holiday and event lighting/decor Setting up decorations and working on ladders/lifts as needed Removing lights from landscaping Maintaining and organizing inventory in the warehouse General warehouse tasks and errands Identifying and reporting any issues related to installations Ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently and on time Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use various tools effectively. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with safety regulations related to power tools and machinery. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks. Must have a clean and valid driver’s license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Comfortable working early morning shifts (6 AM start times) Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule Should you be unable to work a shift for which you are scheduled, you must immediately notify hiring manager. It is strongly suggested to provide such notice 24 hours before the shift if possible. As-needed / per diem basis May include mornings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays Variable hours depending on project needs Ideal for someone with a flexible schedule Pay $14.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience. The pay rate is subject to change and will be set to the budgeted rate.
