The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the natural floor and concrete polishing industry, a passion for customer service, and an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and has a positive attitude.
Tasks:
Run the day-to-day operations of a store, stock shelves, assist customers. Reliably open and close store. 8:30 am-5:30 pm Answer phones, take and communicate messages. Process payments accurately and efficiently Maintains appearance of the store’s interior and exterior to company standards including light maintenance duties and cleaning Light assembly of some products. Participates in processing incoming merchandise. Loading and unloading of freight. Transport material within the warehouse Drive a company vehicle to pick up and deliver merchandise. Pack and ship merchandise. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bilingual required (English/Spanish). Reliable transportation to and from work. Must have a Valid Driver License. Ability to work with hand and small power tools. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Proficiency with basic technology (Credit card terminal, POS system and computers) Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Some overtime may be required. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualification:
Knowledge and experience in the concrete polishing, stone, marble, and terrazzo industry. Operating a forklift. Experience with QuickBooks, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF readers.
