The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment operation. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards within the warehouse environment. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment including reach pichers to move products safely and efficiently. Perform order picking and packing tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately. Maintain inventory control by tracking stock levels and conducting regular counts. Assist with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company policies while performing all tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity. Support other warehouse functions as needed, including mechanical maintenance tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance is desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job duties. Experience with inventory control processes and order picking techniques is beneficial.
