General Summary The warehouse associate is a crucial team member for the overall manufacturing plant and is a team player across multiple departments. This individual would be responsible for inventory management across all component inventory, including, but not limited to; bottles, closures, labels, raw materials, plastics, etc. This position is expected to be able to receive, move, and stage inventory for the manufacturing plant, both physically and systematically in the ERP system. Attention to detail is a must!
Primary / Key
Essential Functions and Responsibilities Stage components to production lines and/or work centers each day using MRP reports and dashboards Pull components when requested by production on demand Monitor and replenish Kanban locations for production needs Communicate with Warehouse supervisor or Supply Chain Director to check the stock level of components and advise if low, or report on any issues Run component reports in the ERP System, record and clear scrap locations daily Assign and organize locations to receive inventory Stage Bulk and bring to production lines when requested Weigh and assign locations for returned Bulk, QC Released raw ingredients, components, and supplies. Consolidate and assign locations for received raw materials Actively keep physical inventory and ERP System up to date Cycle counts both random and planned Receiving materials per procedure (components and raw material), as needed. Assist in Major Facility Cleaning in the warehouse area Other duties as assigned All employees must assist each other during peak times or when directed by your supervisor. This means you may have to occasionally take on tasks outside the normal scope of your job in production, compounding, quality control, and cleaning.

High school
Diploma or GED Minimum Experience:
5 years of warehouse experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Warehousing and stock control methods and procedures. Methods of receiving, inspecting and issuing materials. Operation of a forklift and other assigned vehicle and equipment. Warehouse operations, procedures, equipment and terminology. Space utilization and inventory techniques. Proper methods of storing equipment, materials and supplies. Health and safety regulations. Record-keeping techniques. Inventory methods and practices. Principles and practices of training and providing work direction. Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy. Ability to follow directions/instructions (oral or written). Ability to work well with others. Basic Reading and Mathematical Comprehension Must be able to lift 35 lbs Ability to work with others in a team setting. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
