Responsibilities:
Help pick, prepare, and package items for customer orders Assist in personalizing products based on customer preferences Receive inventory and keep our inventory system up to date Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space Conduct a weekly inventory count to ensure accuracy
Requirements :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills (copy/paste files, inventory system updates) Willingness to learn and assist with personalizing products (not just engraving) Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic environment Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job (lifting boxes, packing boxes etc) Flexibility to work more than 40 hours per week, especially during the busy 4th quarter Hourly rate : $16 is what we can afford to start with. There will be overtime pay for over 40 hours per week.
Work Schedule :
It will initially be 10~20 per week (maybe more) just to start and our goal would be to get to 40 hours per week as fast as possible. Mondays will be the busiest days. During the busy 4th quarter, you may be required to work more than 40 hours per week.
