Marina/Boat Club Dock Hand BlueWater Harbor at Lemon Bay Englewood, FL 34223 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marina/Boat Club Dock Hand to join our team here at Harbor at Lemon Bay. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our marina and providing exceptional service to our boat club members. The ideal candidate will have a passion for boating and the outdoors, coupled with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. Duties Assist with the docking of boats, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Conduct regular inspections of docks, boats, and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Provide excellent customer service to boat club members and guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the marina area, including docks, walkways, and storage areas. Fueling boats. Assist in launching and retrieving boats from the water as required. Skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Strong attention to detail to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
