Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Laborer located in Ave Maria or Naples, FL. The General Laborer will be responsible for a variety of tasks including loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, maintaining clean work areas, and assisting with other duties as assigned. The role requires physical stamina and attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely. We offer a variety of services, which include but are not limited to, pressure washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, landscaping, hardscapes, paver sealing, trash bin cleaning, painting, and much more. Qualifications Experience in loading and unloading materials, equipment handling, and operating machinery Basic knowledge of safety procedures and practices Ability to maintain clean and organized work areas Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable transportation to job site High school diploma or equivalent preferred
