The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the assembly and fabrication processes, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications and blueprints. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Assist in the setup and maintenance of machinery on the assembly line. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory or warehouse. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise. Safely operate forklifts for material handling when necessary. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred. Familiarity with mechanical knowledge, including the use of hand tools and power tools. Experience working on an assembly line is a plus. Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team.
