General Laborer JCR Services, LLC Jacksonville, FL 32210 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing facility setting, and will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of our production processes. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Duties Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks. Assist in the assembly line process by fabricating components and assembling products according to specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. Operate forklifts as needed for material handling (certification preferred). Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the facility. Requirements Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing facility is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues with equipment. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely. Ability to work on an assembly line and follow detailed instructions. Must be able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
