SET Westlake (Jacksonville) Warehouse Associate Position Available In Duval, Florida

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team at Road and Rail. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the receiving, storing, and shipping of products. This role requires a reliable individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that inventory is organized, and products are accurately prepared for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and inspect shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of products. Organize and store products in the warehouse according to established procedures. Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment in a timely and accurate manner. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in accordance with safety guidelines. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine stock counts. Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and safe at all times. Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers. Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals. Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks. Basic computer skills for inventory management. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Forklift certification is a plus, but training will be provided.
