Warehouse Worker Job Description We are seeking Order Pickers/Pick Packers for our warehouse. The primary responsibilities include picking orders using a cherry picker, utilizing hand and power tools to unbox and pack items in wooden boxes, and installing bolts on parts as necessary. Applicants must be able to read and match English numbers accurately. Responsibilities Pick orders using a cherry picker. Unbox and pack items in wooden boxes using hand and power tools. Install bolts on parts as required. Receive and handle materials efficiently. Load and unload shipments. Label and package items for shipping and receiving. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed. Perform general labor tasks including assembly and stand-up work. Essential Skills Material handling experience. Order picking and packing experience. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Experience with forklifts and cherry pickers. Ability to read and match English numbers. Why Work Here? Work Environment and Shift This position is based in a non-climate-controlled warehouse facility where steel-toe shoes are required. The first shift typically starts at 9:30 AM and ends around 5-6 PM, but expect 10-hour days with occasional weekend work. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 – $20.00/hr.
