Job Title:

General Laborer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. The role involves setting up baggers for specific order weights, operating stretch wrap machines, marking bags with product and lot numbers, and completing proper documentation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a dynamic production environment. Responsibilities Setup bagger for proper weights based on specific order. Operate stretch wrap machine efficiently. Mark bags with product and lot number accurately. Complete proper documentation for all tasks. Essential Skills Experience in general labor, manual labor, loading, unloading, production, and construction. Ability to operate machinery such as forklifts. Capable of lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying material up to 55lbs regularly. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb up to 70 feet. High school diploma or GED required. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day. Experience in heavy industrial environments is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is an outside manufacturing and production setting, characterized by heavy industrial conditions. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, and ear plugs are required. The environment varies with the seasons, being hot in the summer and cold in the winter, and it is a place where getting dirty is a part of the job. The position operates on a shift schedule of 3 PM to 11 PM or 11 PM to 7 AM, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quincy, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
