Job Description:

As a General Laborer, you will: Utilize a tablet to identify and report issues within structures. Enter structures, including bending, climbing stairs, and navigating small spaces. Move boxes and other items within the structure. Perform cleaning and general labor duties.

Shifts:

Shifts are from 5am to 5pm and 5pm to 5am, Wednesday to Saturday. You’ll work every other Wednesday, alternating between Wednesday to Saturday one week and Thursday to Saturday the next week.

Responsibilities:

Use a tablet to identify and report issues within structures. Navigate confined spaces, including bending and climbing stairs. Move boxes and other items within the structure. Perform cleaning and general labor duties.

Essential Skills:

Experience with manual labor. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces. Effective communication skills to relay issues to managers and engineers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with tools such as wrenches, power tools, and hand tools. Knowledge of mechanical assembly, repair, and troubleshooting. Production, construction, or solar industries.

The job requires physical stamina, especially in the summer heat, and includes LOTO training, which we provide.
