As a Material Handler, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, improving quality shipments, and delivering exceptional results that WOW our customers. Material Handlers are responsible for moving products around the plant, including inbound and outbound shipping and receiving, inventory from the production line to designated locations or to the shipping line, and adherence to customer requirements. This role will work hand-in-hand with the Warehouse Manager to ensure all inventory and shipping needs are coordinated. This role will be instrumental in maintaining 5S methodologies and actively participating in the

ISO 9001

certification process. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. You should have experience operating forklifts (e.g., stand up, sit down, boom lifts) in tight environments and on a busy schedule. You are a forward thinker, ensuring the production line has the materials in needs and the finished goods are being moved in a timely manner. What You’ll Do:

Champion of Company Core Values. Ensure compliance with guidelines for safety, quality and efficiency. Ensure high quality packaging, including pallet wrapping and delivery of materials to the production line. Label products and shipping materials as needed. Manage and maintain production and warehouse layout and organization as directed. Ensure activity is efficient, proactively identifying team member needs for materials and moving products to ensure no downtime on production or shipping. Serve as a backup to the shipping team on order processing. Achieve daily performance metrics. Prepare work status reports. Perform other duties, as assigned. Minimum Education:

High school or equivalent degree Must have reliable transportation Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently (e.g., lifting multiple 50-pound containers off of the assembly line; stacking products on pallets; pulling and packing for shipping). Must be forklift certified Competencies Daily Activity
