Description:

We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our small but dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift, loading and unloading trucks for customers, and performing various warehouse tasks. This role requires a candidate who is comfortable with physical labor, including regularly lifting up to 75 lbs, and who can assist customers, enter data from work orders, create quotes, utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), take orders, and answer phones as needed. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to drive the company flatbed truck (stake body truck) when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks. Assist customers with their needs in the warehouse. Enter data from work orders accurately. Perform general labor and material handling tasks. Regularly lift and move items up to 75 lbs. Create quotes and utilize WMS for inventory management. Take orders and answer phones as needed. Drive company flatbed truck (stake body truck) when required.

Sales Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to be a jack of all trades in a small operation. Strong customer service skills. Intermediate level experience in warehouse operations. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 – $31.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
