Job Title:

General Laborer Job Description Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will be responsible for replacing old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while managing inventory. This role requires comfort with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, in a loud and fast-paced environment. Working collaboratively in a team, you will complete a specific number of swaps within a designated timeframe. Additionally, you will maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Replace old yellow fabric with new while managing inventory. Perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively. Collaborate in a team to complete a designated number of swaps in a set timeframe. Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Essential Skills Experience in general labor, hand and power tools. Commercial construction and assembly experience. Ability to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, pulling, pushing. Use of hand tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to read a tape measure. Experience with various hand and power tools. Capability to stand and/or walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Ruskin, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $22.00/hr.
