• Join our team as a General Laborer where you will be responsible for replacing old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while managing inventory.

This role requires comfort with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, in a loud and fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to complete a designated number of swaps within a specific timeframe. Maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy work environment in compliance with company policies is essential.

• Responsibilities
• + Replace old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while managing inventory. + Perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively. + Work efficiently in a loud and fast-paced environment. + Collaborate with the team to complete a designated number of swaps in a set timeframe. + Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Essential Skills
• + Experience in general labor, hand tools, power tools, construction, production, or carpentry. + Commercial construction and assembly experience. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Experience with various hand and power tools. + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. + Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling equipment up to 45 pounds.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Punctual, reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player. + Experience in building and assembling metal workstations and inventory shelving units.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
