The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our distribution center. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Duties Load and unload materials and products from trucks and containers using appropriate equipment. Operate various warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, clamp trucks, cherry pickers, and RF scanners. Ensure accurate shipping and receiving of goods by verifying quantities and inspecting for damages. Organize and store materials in designated areas within the warehouse to maintain an efficient workflow. Assist with inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize loading/unloading processes. Qualifications Experience in shipping and receiving operations within a warehouse setting is a plus. Familiarity with materials handling techniques to ensure safe lifting practices. Previous experience operating pallet jacks, clamp trucks, cherry pickers, or similar equipment is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required, with physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing or moving. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
