This is a full-time position. Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday-Friday. Responsibilities Preparing orders, ensuring the pallets are wrapped and/or strapped well for shipping, then staging them in the designated area for trucks to pick up Load and/or unload incoming and outgoing flatbed and/or box trucks using a sit-down forklift Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities Keeping the warehouse and other work areas clean and organized; basic cleaning, sweeping, mopping, taking out the trash, etc. Other duties as assigned by warehouse supervisor Skills Must know how to operate a sit-down forklift safely Previous experience in a warehouse environment and material handling is preferred Excellent physical condition and coordination – must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must know basic math – must know how to count accurately Must know how to read in English Regular, reliable and predictable attendance
