$18.00 – $22.00 per hour Cool Breeze Beverages is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse/Product Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing warehouse team. In this role, you will manage the shipping and receiving of products, work closely with our Ecommerce Director to ensure accuracy, and maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment. We are looking for a hardworking, driven individual with outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills who thrives in a team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe. Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring products are handled securely and placed in designated areas. Accept and inspect deliveries, verifying counts and identifying any damages or errors and expiration dates. Conduct weekly inventory of products and report discrepancies. Communicate inventory or shipment discrepancies to relevant teams. Properly label, store, and organize inventory for efficient access. Secure products safely on pallets and prepare shipments. Build loads using forklifts, electronic and manual pallet jacks. Collaborate with office staff and service technicians to achieve company goals. Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain an orderly and productive work environment.

Requirements Age:

18 years or older.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of warehouse and order fulfillment experience.

Certification:

Valid forklift certification. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Physical ability to handle warehouse duties, including lifting 50lbs plus, climbing, bending and working in varying conditions. Walking and standing for long periods of time. Positive work history with solid attendance. Completion of a background check and drug screening. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Work Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. Must be available for extended hours as needed. Benefits 1-week paid vacation after 1 year of employment. Who Should Apply?
