!!! Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within our warehouse environment, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management and a strong understanding of order fulfillment processes. This position requires a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts. Perform picking and packing of orders with precision and care. Assist in order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery of products. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently. Load and unload products from delivery vehicles as required. Fabricate or assemble products as needed to meet customer specifications. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes. Ability to operate forklifts and reach trucks; certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of OSHA standards and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
