As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to materials handling, warehouse management, and shipping/receiving. The ideal candidate should have experience with forklift operation and possess mechanical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of materials
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Package products for shipment in accordance with company standards
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
- Inventory tracking
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling role preferred
- Proficient in operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as needed
