Your role includes:

Greeting and assisting members as they arrive and depart Helping with dock carts and transporting gear (sometimes heavy coolers, rarely over 50 lbs) Handling boats safely (we’ll teach you if needed) Fueling boats at the gas dock Recording fuel usage and noting damages Washing boats after use (hosing, scrubbing, wiping down surfaces, etc.) Working outside in sun and heat (there’s shade, water, and A/C breaks when needed) Learning our reservation system and getting to know our members Things to know: This job is physical and outdoors. You will get sweaty and wet some days. Our best dockhands get tipped well because they’re helpful, friendly, and reliable. Showing up and being a team player matters more than a perfect résumé.
