Overview We are seeking a dedicated and committed Laborer to join our team at Papico Construction Inc. (Papico Sports). We specialize in providing south Florida with amazing sport facilities – such as; tennis courts, basketball courts, track and fields, pickleball courts, etc. . This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you have mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools, power tools, and warehouse operations, we encourage you to apply. Duties Be a team player who’s willing to learn a variety of different construction related tasks. Operate machinery safely to transport materials within the project sites. Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabrication and general tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members at project site to meet production goals. Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues to supervisors. Be on time and ready to work! We meet at 6 AM! Requirements Basic construction experience

PREFERRED!

(Concrete finishing, paving, color coating, fencing masonry, etc.) Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
