JOB DESCRIPTION

Natoora Miami is entering an exciting new phase of growth – expanding our range by making our exclusive sourcing available in the region while continuing to develop local and commodity lines. Our ideal candidate for this position is someone with strong operational and driving experience, a working knowledge of produce markets, and a keen interest in creative problem-solving. High standards for job completion and customer service will be fundamental to this role.

IDEAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Ability to start a full shift at 1 AM Experience working collaboratively across different teams Enthusiasm for physical tasks Ability to work at 38-42 degrees for an entire shift Driving experience (16′ Box Truck ) Market Buying experience Excellent communication skills Strong Attention to Detail Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel a plus Food Safety Training and Certification a plus

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Prepare Customer Orders Produce Buying and Pick Up Deliver Customer Orders Communicate issues clearly on chat and email Receive Inbound Shipments Assist with warehouse maintenance and organization
