Thurs-Sunday 7am-5pm, no exceptions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dock activities. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform dock inspections, secure boats, and address maintenance issues. Assist members with luggage, docking, and golf cart transportation. Maintain cleanliness of docks, clubhouse, and parking lot. Monitor marina for safety, theft, and alarms; report incidents as needed. Enforce parking rules and respond to member requests. Complete daily logs and familiarize with marina policies. Provide proactive service on weekends and holidays. Perform end of day tasks including final dock inspections and securing equipment. Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Fluent in English, Spanish a plus. Physical ability to perform dock maintenance and assist members. Familiarity with marina operations is a plus. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
