At Baer’s, our Warehouse Associates help to ensure an optimal customer experience. Warehouse Associates maintain a clean and safe environment both in the warehouse as well as on the sales floor; interact with customers in a professional manner; and contribute in all warehouse operations and activities. Essential Job Functions Assisting customers in loading furniture and accessories. Unpacking of items received from main warehouse and staging in designated areas throughout the store. Ensuring all furniture fixtures and accessories are clean and neat according to standards. Notifying manager on any issues or repairs needed Collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables Assisting in the moving of furniture as needed Wrapping furniture pieces for transport Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Clock in and out according to Company Policy Other duties as assigned
