This role involves handling building materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring clear communication with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming construction materials and supplies. Aid at picking, packing, and preparing materials for delivery to job sites. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock checks. Load and unload materials safely using forklifts or pallet jacks. Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Communicate effectively with team members and site personnel in both English and Spanish. Report damaged materials, discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors. Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed Enter data into the inventory system and create purchase orders (POs) Requirements Fluency in both English and Spanish Previous warehouse experience, preferably in the construction industry (Preferred) Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 10 lbs) Basic computer skills (Required) Familiarity with inventory systems (Preferred) Forklift certification (Preferred) Strong attention to detail and time management Team player with a positive and proactive attitude Work Environment Fast-paced construction warehouse setting May involve working outdoors in various weather conditions Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required We are proud members of leading organizations such as the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), Post Tension Institute (PTI), Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), and Construction Association of South Florida (CASF), reinforcing our commitment to industry standards, quality, and continuous improvement.
