Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role supports the Warehouse Productions Manager in daily operations, including moving laser-cut parts, packing skids and crates for transport, operating forklifts, handling metals, and performing routine machine maintenance. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, experience with warehouse equipment, attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and strong communication skills. This position plays a vital role in upholding our production and quality standards while supporting our mission to deliver custom-engineered, precision-built products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Move cut parts from laser machines to designated areas for further processing or packaging. Pack skids, crates, and boxes for shipping, ensuring all parts are protected, labeled, and ready for transport. Load and unload materials and parts using a forklift, handling all items with care and verifying against receiving documents. Report any damages, discrepancies, low inventory, or issues to a supervisor or manager promptly. Assist in monitoring inventory levels and with stock management to prevent shortages or overstock. Label, count, and log incoming and outgoing materials to support accurate inventory records. Perform basic maintenance on machinery such as lasers, press brakes and other various equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and production area. Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production and shipping deadlines. Follow all standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies. Assist with projects or additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong problem-solving and attention to detail Effective time management and active listening skills 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment 1+ years of experience working with metals Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs regularly and standing for extended periods Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions
