In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in managing inventory, shipping, and receiving products while maintaining safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse to ensure easy access and efficient workflow. Build and assemble product displays as needed for shipping or storage. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all products are accurately logged and tracked. Perform heavy lifting tasks, moving products in and out of the warehouse as required. Load and unload shipments from trucks while adhering to safety protocols. Pick and pack orders accurately for distribution to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly related to warehouse equipment operation. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures is beneficial. Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks and pallet jacks safely. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in picking and packing orders. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
