You’ll play a key part in receiving and processing incoming shipments, ensuring inventory accuracy, and keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments with accuracy and care Record received items and update inventory using Excel Communicate with team members and management about any discrepancies or issues Maintain organized records of inbound shipments and delivery logs Support customers by providing clear and timely updates on delivery status Assist with organizing and staging inventory for efficient processing Uphold warehouse safety and cleanliness standards

What You Bring:

Previous experience in warehouse receiving or a related role Strong communication skills — verbal and written Ability to communicate professionally in English via email and text Basic Microsoft Excel skills for inventory tracking High attention to detail and a proactive work ethic Ability to lift and handle packages up to 25 lbs Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Team-oriented, dependable, and professional
