As part of Taily’s warehouse operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our supplements are safely stored, accurately picked, and shipped with care to pet parents across the country. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the idea of contributing to healthier, happier pets, this role is for you. Duties Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for timely shipment. Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, to move goods safely. Perform heavy lifting tasks, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory management. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure cleanliness and organization of warehouse space Skills High School Diploma or Equivalent Basic math and computer skills Attention to details and strong organizational skills Mechanical knowledge for operating various warehouse equipment effectively. Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, particularly in roles involving order fulfillment. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly throughout the shift. Familiarity with stock management practices and order picking processes is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining operational efficiency.
