Full-Time Warehouse & Production Associate

Pay & Benefits:

Starting hourly rate: $15.00/hr , including a paid 30-minute lunch break After 3 months: Health, dental, and 401(k) benefits available Opportunity to grow into an expert role with a raise up to $16.50/hr Paid training and professional development included

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Warehouse & Production Operations:

Perform receiving, sorting, counting, and organizing of bulk products Assist in the loading/unloading of deliveries and restocking Conduct stock counts and update inventory records Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Package and label outgoing shipments Inspect and process incoming shipments, reporting damages when needed Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely shipping and receiving

Bagging & Branding:

Separate, sort, count, assemble, and bag bulk products for final packaging Complete branding and packaging tasks efficiently and accurately Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness Report production issues promptly to minimize delays Follow safety, quality, and accuracy standards for each production run Support the Bagging/Branding Manager with additional tasks as assigned

Quality Assurance:

Participate in product and process audits Help enforce quality assurance procedures and standards Support investigations of product issues or customer complaints
