Our client, a leader in high-performance glass manufacturing, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

• What’s the Job?
• + Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment or operating manufacturing equipment.

+ Prepare final products for shipping and distribution. + Conduct required quality checks and inspections to ensure product specifications are met. + Actively contribute to team goals and manage assignments effectively. + Follow procedures for general housekeeping and maintain a clutter-free work environment.

• What’s Needed?
• + Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device.

+ One or more years of combined experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment. + Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance. + Six months or more of machine operator experience. + Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 50lbs), walking, climbing, and standing in a loud, hot, and high-volume environment.
