Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Custodial Technician to join our dynamic team at LJ’s Cleaning Solutions. Full-time, multiple shifts available Monday-Friday 2AM-10:30AM Sunday-Thursday 4AM-12:30PM Monday-Friday 2:30PM-11PM Sunday-Thursday 2:30PM-11PM Responsibilities 1. Office & Administrative Areas Light floor care; sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping Wipe and sanitize high-touch points such as tables, desks, water fountains, phones, light switches, handles, etc. Clean baseboards, doors, walls on weekly basis Clean interior and exterior of glass doors Empty and reline trash bins Monthly high/low dusting of vents, lights, blinds, and furniture Monthly detailed vacuuming of edges and hard-to-reach areas 2. Restrooms Clean and sanitize toilets/urinals, sinks, and dispensers Clean and polish mirrors and chrome fixtures Restock paper products and hygiene supplies Empty and reline trash 3. Breakrooms & Lunch Areas Sanitize appliances, tables, and countertops Clean microwaves, refrigerators, and sinks (weekly deep cleaning of refrigerators) Sweep and mop floors, straighten furniture 4. Warehouse Areas Sweep, scrub, and maintain warehouse floors using floor scrubbers Ensure lanes and conveyor areas are free of debris Empty and clean trash containers Empty trash into trash compactor as part of waste management Operate forklifts and tuggers safely as part of custodial tasks Weekly freezer de-icing and reporting 5. Outdoors & Smoking Areas Empty trash, sweep walkways, and clean benches Remove cigarette litter and wash trash cans Requirements High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent Two or more years of custodial experience Previous experience operating forklifts, floor scrubbers, and tuggers (certification preferred) Ability to pass a criminal background check and E-Verify Ability to lift up to 50lbs Comfortable working in cold environments (freezer areas) Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry our instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and SDS sheets Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team If you’re ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our mission at LJ’s Cleaning Solutions, we invite you to apply today!
