Glance Essential Functions:

Load and secure product on trucks using shrink-wrap, load bars, or straps — sometimes hand stacking when needed. Verify pallet placement matches the computer-generated load sheet and set trailer temps when required. Inspect trailers for cleanliness and complete daily housekeeping tasks to keep the workspace safe. Follow company values, safety practices, and take on other duties as needed. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions).
