Job DescriptionPosition Summary:

This role is part of our Marketing/Creative Tradeshow team. This role contributes to the success of the company by providing hands-on logistical, tactical, and physical support on a wide range of projects. This position assists in the coordination of our regional, national, international, and distributor shows and customer events.

Additional Information:

This is a permanent, full-time hourly position starting at $20.00+/hourOur full-time schedule is Monday to FridayCandidate is expected to travel occasionally by car or air as necessary to attend shows throughout the yearThis position is located at our Distribution Center – 3151 Northwest 125th St. Miami, FL 33167 

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this role, the team member is frequently required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. The team member frequently is required to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The team member is frequently required to sit; regularly climb or balance; and occasionally to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Team members may also need to pull or push up to 800 pounds pallet jacks.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Must be able to tolerate conditions associated with no air conditioning or heat.

Major Duties Include:
Tradeshow & Event Support:

Oversees the packing and preparation of crates and pallets for tradeshows, ensuring all fixtures, materials, and products are securely and accurately packedMaintains detailed inventory reports of all packed items for each show, working with Senior Manager and cross-checking items upon returnCoordinates inbound and outbound shipments for tradeshows and events, working closely with domestic and international freight carriers to ensure on-time deliveryIdentifies key deadlines and coordinates necessary services such as electricity, hanging signs, and other show labor requirementsManages setup and breakdown of tradeshow displays, ensuring accuracy, visual integrity, and compliance with event requirementsEnsures returned products are quality-checked and defective/damaged items are removed from tradeshow inventoryMaintains an organized, clean, and safe workspace, especially within the tradeshow and marketing storage areasMonitors and maintains inventory of tradeshow and marketing fixtures, prompts, signage, catalogs, promotional items, and furniture stored in the distribution centerAssists with tradeshow planning efforts, including timeline, vendor coordination, and travel logisticsCollaborates with multiple teams to support booth setupBooks hotels, coordinates cash advances, and assists team members traveling to tradeshows as necessary

Other Duties:

Ensures marketing materials are stocked and accurate for order processingIdentifies problems and proactively seeks out methods to improve efficiency of an operation, show, or taskRecords personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance recordsActively participates in all one-on-one and group meetingsPromotes our FOH® Culture in all interactions 

QualificationsEducation, Experience & Computer Skills:

College coursework or related field experience preferred2+ years’ experience in warehouse, QC or related required1+ years’ experience in tradeshow, marketing experience or related preferredAdministrative experience highly preferredExperience with Warehouse Management System, Forklift, and handheld devices idealSkills Needed for
